How can we help?

15 questions, three groups. If your answer isn't here, just email us.

Getting started

No. Crypto-to-crypto swaps require zero registration. Just choose your pair, paste your destination address, send your deposit, and receive your funds.

On the Buy/Sell tab, pick your fiat, enter an amount, choose the coin you want, and click Continue. Our regulated partner handles card verification and delivers the coin to your wallet.

Non-custodial means Atex Hub never holds your assets. Your funds move directly between your wallet and the destination, routed through a partner network.

Any wallet that supports the coin you are swapping into. MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Trezor, hardware wallets, mobile wallets - they all work.

The minimum varies by coin (typically $20–$50 equivalent). There is no maximum, but very large swaps may require KYC through our partner.

Using the swap

Most exchanges settle in 5–15 minutes. Bitcoin deposits take longer (~30 minutes for confirmations) than Solana or other fast chains.

Before you send your deposit, yes - just close the page. After your deposit confirms, the swap is in progress and cannot be canceled, but if it fails our partner refunds automatically.

Send only the exact coin and network shown in the swap. Sending the wrong asset typically results in permanent loss - always copy-paste, never type.

For floating rates, the displayed amount is an estimate at quote time. Fixed rates guarantee the displayed amount as long as you deposit within 10 minutes.

Safety

Because Atex Hub is non-custodial, there is nothing on our end to insure. Your funds are in your wallet until the moment they are routed by our partner.

We never hold your funds, so there's nothing for us to run with. The exchange routing happens on-chain and through licensed partners.

Report it via Contact immediately. Atex Hub support will never DM you on Telegram or X, never ask for your seed phrase.

Atex Hub does not collect personal information for crypto-to-crypto swaps. You are responsible for declaring crypto transactions per your jurisdiction.
